At we are committed to give Purchase Protection for customers/ buyers by offering a genuine product with secure payments and easy returns for items / products shopped/ ordered on

To give customer a wow experience we pledge to provide our product details like fabric, colour etc. If you still have a query / confusion or problem we will solve it. You just have to call/ email/ or chat with our Customer Happiness team and we will review/ understand and provide the returns up to 7 days as per the terms and conditions / policy from the time you receive the items / products.

What all can I return?

You might return any product / item which is unused and is in new condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt. The shoes/ Accessories/ Customized styled lehenga or Stitched Blouses are not returnable.

Can I return products purchased during Sale / clearance / special sale?

The items /Products purchased or bought during or on Sale will be only eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects notified in 7 days by email only with detailed description of discrepancy. Accessories, Customized styles and Stitched Blouses are not returnable / refundable.

Will I or Can I return products purchased during Facetime or Skype call?

The Items or Products purchased / bought during or on Facetime or Skype / video calling call will be only eligible for returns or refunds only if there have any manufacturing defects / or default.  Any Accessories, Customized styles and Stitched Blouses are not returnable.

Who will Pay for Shipping?

Please do not Worry! If an item/ product is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt or case to case matter as per will reimburse/adjust the shipping costs for dispatch and return.

When the Items/ product is returned due to change of mind/ confusion or sizing issues After Mentioned sizing information / details that is posted by the buyer on email / form/ authorization Note/ bond etc. on or with the in that case the buyer /you will be required you to pay for dispatch and return items to us, with an additional charge as per product /item size and weight / location/ country/ and all custom charges as a restocking fee.

Just in case you want to return product / items purchased from and if payment is made from PayPal / Payment gateway send the product back to us the processing fee of PayPal / bank gateway/ or any 3rd party service fee will be paid by you / buyer on the return shipping of your account.

When will I get my refund for my product?

We will be glad to Exchange or give shopping card/ voucher/ credit note/ Credit to reuse it to buy any other product. Sorry but no Refunds.

How can I claim my return on products?

Just in case of any returns/exchange’s requests kindly send us the detailed description / image / photo and other vital information by email us on with the reason to return / exchange within 2 days from the time the product is delivered. Our Customer Service Manager will revert back to you within 1 working day.
